The picture are rose, but Receive the flowers is not the same, not all rose

The flowers and balloon were as ordered but the delivery instructions were not followed - there was no phone call and the door bell wasn't even rung - so the flowers were left out the front of the house unattended.

they can improve on the quality and presentation of the flowers. The roses were wilted and dried after a few days. Did not bloom at all. Leaves are dried and poorly arranged.

These roses were not available, another bunch of very ordinary flowers were delivered in place!
